Music was my first love: A.I. generated songs

At the crossroads of branding, creativity, and technology, a bold musical project took shape to mark the start of a new year: a full-length album featuring songs that uniquely represent the various brands within the Hilaire Van der Haeghe group. But this was no ordinary album. Every track was created with the help of artificial intelligence, a modern twist on musical storytelling that blends emotion, identity, and technology into one cohesive sound experience.

The idea behind the project was simple yet ambitious: to translate the spirit and essence of each brand into music. Each brand, whether known for precision machinery, sustainable innovation, or agricultural heritage, was given its theme song. The goal was to make these brands not just visible and functional, but audible, emotional, and memorable.

The lyrics

ChatGPT

The creative journey began with lyrics written by ChatGPT, OpenAI's powerful language model. The lyrics were crafted to reflect the values, story, and character of each brand. Whether upbeat and dynamic or calm and thoughtful, the words were tailored to evoke the core identity of the products and people behind the brands.

The music

SUNO

Next, the lyrics were brought to life musically by SUNO, a state-of-the-art online AI application capable of composing entire songs. SUNO interpreted the lyrical themes and generated melodies, harmonies, and arrangements that matched the mood and style of each track. From catchy electro beats to cinematic soundscapes, the musical diversity reflected the wide range of brands under the HH group umbrella.

Post-production

Logic Pro+iZotope

Once the songs were composed, they were imported into Logic Pro, where they underwent professional mastering using iZotope tools. This final step ensured that each track met the highest standards in sound quality, with balanced dynamics, crisp clarity, and a polished finish ready for any speaker system, from headphones to event sound setups.

The album premiered in its entirety during the Hilaire Van der Haeghe New Year's reception, creating a surprising and engaging moment for colleagues, partners, and guests. As each song played, it wasn't just music being heard; it was identity being felt. The project served as a celebration of the company's innovative spirit and its willingness to explore the creative potential of emerging technologies.

With Hilaire Van der Haeghe Greatest Hits 2025, the HH Group not only celebrated the brands they represent but also showed how AI can be a powerful partner in storytelling, transforming the way we communicate, connect, and celebrate.
