The typical nature photograph shows a butterfly on a pretty flower. The conservation photograph shows the same thing, but with a bulldozer visible in the background.
My lens is drawn to the wild, especially to birds. From early morning flights to quiet moments in hidden wetlands, I strive to capture the beauty, behaviour, and personality of wildlife in their natural environment. Each image is the result of patience, observation, and a deep respect for nature. Birds, in particular, offer endless inspiration with their grace, detail, and movement. Explore a selection of my work here, and discover the silent stories of the wild.

To capture wildlife in its purest form, I rely on high-quality gear that delivers precision, speed, and reliability in all conditions.
My backpack, a LowePro Backpack Flipside 300 AW II Camo Pixel includes a professional mirrorless camera, paired with fast telephoto lenses, essential for photographing birds and animals from a respectful distance. Sturdy tripods or, in my case, a monopod, camouflage tools, and field-tested accessories complete my kit, allowing me to work quietly and efficiently in challenging environments. The right gear doesn’t make the photo, but it helps me be ready when the moment comes.
